A great expert since 1911 at 48 rue de Rome (Paris 9th district), manufacturer and restorer of violins. He was born in Mirecourt in 1880. He first did his training in Mirecourt with Grillon then with Gustave Bazin and with Leon Mougenot. He worked with Auguste Deroux in Paris, then with various foreign violin makers in Geneva, Luiz, Augsburg and Stuttgart. In 1909 he settled rue de Cléry (Paris) and 1911 rue de Rome. He died on August 14th 1954. |

A great manufacturer of violins and violas of Italian inspiration, restorer and expert. He was born in Prague in 1926. He did his training in Mirecourt with René Jacquemin and Louis Bazin. When he arrived to Paris he worked with Roger and max Millant. In 1948 he works as an assistant to Charles Enel. In 1960, he takes over the company of his Master and continues mainly a career of creator of violas. In 1978, he moves to 46 rue de Rome (Paris) |

Then he worked for several years with Charles Beare in London In 1979 he becomes his father's collaborator, to whom he succeeds in 1984. |

He is born in 1983, and is the son of Serge Boyer. In September 2003 he begins his training in Mirecourt at the International School of String instruments making of Jean-Jacques Pagès. Since October 2007, he is in New York to perfect with Christophe Landon. |
